I’m such a fan of this home. This is the prime version of an investor flip. Done with great care the renovation of this home just shines like a freshly minted coin. It’s a 1924 craftsman bungalow with absolutely excellent period details that were kindly preserved and accentuated in this home. The kitchen remodel is very modern, but yet feels like it perfectly fits a 90 year old home. Same can be said of the remodels of the bathrooms. The floors are gorgeous. The built-ins beautiful. The home’s vital systems are upgraded and new.
